Welcome to Aaharsutram. These Terms & Conditions outline the rules and regulations for subscribing to our fresh homemade meal delivery plans.

1. Subscriptions & Deliveries

By purchasing a 3-Day Trial, 12-Day Weekly, or 22-Day Monthly plan, you agree to our standard delivery operations:

• Delivery Slots: Breakfast is delivered warm between 7:30 AM and 8:45 AM. Lunch is delivered between 11:30 AM and 1:15 PM.
• Sectors Served: Deliveries are limited strictly to active Noida sectors. If your address is outside our rider limits, we will issue a full refund.

2. Pausing & Modifying Schedules

Subscribers can pause deliveries at any time. To guarantee a pause credits credit:

• You must submit your pause request via our dashboard or WhatsApp before 6:00 PM the previous day.
• Same-day cancellations cannot be credited back, as kitchen batch prepping begins at 4:00 AM daily.

3. Health & Allergens Disclaimer

We prepare healthy food with care. However:

• Subscribers must state any medical food allergies or dairy exclusions upon subscription setup.
• We work in a shared organic kitchen. While we clean tools thoroughly, we cannot guarantee zero trace cross-contamination for extreme allergen sensitivities.

4. Payments, Billing & Cancellations

Subscriptions are prepaid. Refund requests for mid-term cancellations are calculated by billing consumed meals at the standard single-meal rate. Consolidated corporate thali invoice billing is subject to net-15 payment terms.

5. Intellectual Property

All trademark names, logo vectors, text recipes, custom imagery, and content displayed on this website are the sole property of Aaharsutram and protected under relevant trademark laws.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Uttar Pradesh, India, under the jurisdiction of the Noida district courts.
